A very delicious and effective recipe to detox the body by eliminating those lingering cold and flu symptoms in preparation of the warmer months to come.
Spicy Lemonade can be effectively enjoyed and used by:
500 ml Glowing Goji Water
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1-1&1/4 Tbsp raw honey
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
Pinch of sea salt
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. This can pack a punch so be skimpy on the cayenne at first, you can always add more. Makes 1 serving
Variation:
Hand full if Goji Berries
500ml pure water
Allow gojis to soak for at least 2 hours in room temperature water. Strain and use the water as a refreshing and extremely nutritious drink or as the base to your smoothie or homemade lemonade. Makes 1 serving

Hey Lil, The best thing to do is use them in a smoothie, or you can blend up all ingredients of the lemonade with the soaked gojis and use it that way. Its a great way to get the absolute most of your gojis.
Hi Mase,
Re your 'glowing goji water'.....just curious to know what (if anything) you do with the goji berries after the soaking of them.... can they be used/eaten in any other way or ready to be tossed in the bin???
Cheers, Lil x
