The Spiced Cacao Mug (Recipe)

Jing is the Chinese word for ‘essence’, specifically the Kidney essence. In the ancient Taoist tradition, fatigue, weakness and hormonal imbalance, were all considered a result of Jing depletion. INGREDIENTS

1tbs cacao powder
1tsp SuperFeast JING
1/8tsp cayenne pepper 
1/2cardamom pod 
1/8tsp cinnamon 
1/4cup cashews 
1tbs lucuma 
1tsp raw honey 
250ml hot water

 

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. How delicious??!
