SuperFeast Ashwagandha capsules are here! Hallelujah we hear you cry! Ashwagandha is a beloved Ayurvedic rasayana (tonic herb) used for millennia to calm the mind, support general wellbeing, reproductive hormones, a healthy stress response and to enhance healthy sleep patterns. We absolutely adore this herb and are so thrilled to offer it in capsule form, after all it has been known to taste like a sweaty horse - YUM!

A Little More On 'The Why' Behind Our Ashwagandha Capsules...

By now many of you know that we absolutely love tasting our tonic herbs. Experiencing the flavour profile of the herbs we work with allows us to connect deeply with the healing qualities the herb has to offer. The sensory and nutritive information the body can access via the sensation of taste is a wild and magical process.

HOWEVER - we totally get it!

Some herbs just taste downright funky! And Ashwagandha is unquestionably one of those funky tasting herbs. Anyone who’s worked with this herb, particularly in its extracted form (ours is a potent 10:1 extract), knows exactly what we’re talking about here! Our eyes water just thinking about the pungency and intense sensation Ashwagandha carries on the palate.

So in light of that, we have created our SuperFeast Ashwagandha capsules. In service to those who, for whatever reason, just can’t do Ashwagandha straight up in its powdered extract form.

Whether you hate the flavour, can’t be bothered with the mess, or travel a lot, our SuperFeast Ashwagandha capsules offer you (amongst many other things!); easier dosing, convenient transportation and a non-gag taste!

  1. A non-gag taste: we get it, some of you can't stand the flavour of Ashwagandha! Capsules go down easy.
  2. Easier dosing: we’ve made ancient herbs modern - we put ‘em in capsules!
  3. Convenient transportation: on the go? Got a weekend away planned? Visiting the family and need to ensure your stress levels stay measured? We've got you covered! Taking your herbs has never been so easy.

All packed up in the same sexy Miron glass you know and love, to preserve the quality and potency of our Di Dao herbs!

1x 530mg capsule per day (530mg = 0.53g = approximately 1/4 tsp) or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

*Talk to a Ayurvedic practitioner/health professional if you are unsure if this medicine is right for you and always read the label and follow the directions for use.
