Beauty Boosting Breakfast Loaf

Makes 1 loaf 


Ingredients

  • 2  over ripe bananas 
  • 3 eggs - vegan friends sub flax/chia egg
  • 4 Tbsp cashew butter 
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs honey/maple syrup
  • 1/2C coconut flour 
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp each of ginger, nutmeg, cardamom & cloves .
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwd 
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda 
  • 1 tsp beauty boost
  • 1 tsp tremella
  • 1 tsp chaga
  • 1 tsp maca - optional
  • 1-2  scps collagen or hemp protein - optional
  • For the topping - 
  • 1/2 cup of paleo hero "muesli" or 
  • 2 Tbsp Cashews
  • 2 Tbsp Almonds
  • 2 Tbp Macadamia nuts
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries

Method

  1. Blend/Stir all ingredients except your toppings
  2. Pour into a lined/greased loaf pan 
  3. Sprinkle with toppings
  4. Bake at 175’C/350’F for 40 mins
