Potent Nootropic Bulletproof Coffee Recipe

We love coffee as much as the next guy here at SuperFeast HQ. What we love even *more, is a coffee without the after-effects. You know the ones, the jitters, the come down, the bouncing knee, the mental scatter. In fact, we've got a whole article on how to healthily your coffee!

This recipe we are sharing today is known as a nootropic; basically a substance to improve brain cognition. This bulletproof-style coffee uses healthy fats and our favourite nootropic blend, Neural Nectar, to create a high-performance drink which is loaded with potent tonic herb magic. Neural Nectar is designed to cultivate mental energy, acuity and memory.

Ok, let's do this:

Ingredients

1/2 - 1tsp Neural Nectar
1 cup of coffee (we like percolated, or use a long black)
1tsp MCT oil
1tsp grass-fed butter, or coconut oil

Method

All ingredients to blender.

Blend, pour and sip. Ahhhhhhh

The Year of the Yin Metal Ox

by Tahnee McCrossin February 12, 2021

In Chinese folklore, the story of the Ox is that she was a star, removed from the heavens by the gods and goddesses to help humans. The gods and goddesses told Ox to help humans cultivate enough food to eat every three days - but Ox got muddled and told the humans she was here to help them eat three times a day - oops! For that reason, Ox has been helping humans by working all day long to ensure we produce enough food to eat regular meals.
