SuperFeast is Australia's leading purveyor of high quality tonic, adaptogenic herbs and medicinal mushrooms.

Founded in 2011 by Tonic Herbalist Mason Taylor, his motivation was and remains pure love for these ancient herbs and the desire to share them with his friends and family. SuperFeast has since grown into Mason and the team having the honour of sharing these herbs with our now global community. The passion that took SuperFeast from his mother's spare room and tending markets in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, is still what drives the SuperFeast you know today. SuperFeast is 100% family owned and operates from the beautiful Byron Shire of Australia.

SuperFeast isn’t just about herbs, we educate heavily on the multidimensional lifestyle that supports these herbs to bring vibrant health to our bodies. Our Tonic Herbalism 101 Course is perfect for you to take your tonic herb knowledge that little bit deeper.

The passion for Daoist (Taoist) tonic herbalism runs deep in the veins of SuperFeast. Mason has spent many years and thousands of hours studying this herbal system that emerged from ancient China, and that infectious energy is the lifeforce that drives SuperFeast. In today’s day and age these herbs are more relevant than ever in supporting us to discover our greatest expressions of health.

It is Mason who has specified our unique sourcing philosophy and is the expert behind the formulations of the SuperFeast blends.

Mason saw so much degeneration of health as people were getting older. He believes that one of the ultimate acts of revolution are for people to take responsibility for their health and to get onto these preventative practices and tonic herbalism so that we may experience vibrant health through our lives without reliance on external institutions.

This particular type of herbalism - tonic herbalism - has the ancient intent:

  • To bring support to us in graceful aging that doesn’t occur prematurely
  • To instill lightness in the body, and;
  • Bring the spirit through our bodies so we may grow into our most virtuous, non-asshole, selves

So much of what is going wrong with our distracted Western culture is we’re moving too far from nature and not allowing ourselves the time and the space to connect with the natural rhythms and natural world. And something as simple as adding a tonic herb into your diet every day can really take you back to that deep state of connection with nature, and ensure your organs are moving in accordance with natural rhythms, and you’re manifesting the intentions above.

We’re only working with small scale independent farmers here at SuperFeast who are growing and harvesting in areas and environments that are in alignment with the ancient herbal tradition of Di Dao (Di Tao) sourcing. This means the herbs are of the absolute highest quality possible. You can read about why we only source Di Dao herbs right here (and why we’ll never change that).

From Mason: "It is worth noting that we don’t take outside investment and are still 100% family owned, meaning we get to make all the decisions in an uncompromised way, allowing us to completely honour these beautiful herbiesI’m sharing this because I always wonder when I see companies I like, growing… I wonder what’s going on behind the veil".

SuperFeast's job is to ongoingly stay present and walk this health path with anyone that chooses to integrate these herbs into their diet. The future's so bright for medicinal mushrooms, for tonic herbs, and for SuperFeast and for everyone that's bringing them into their lives. We think the responsibility is on us adults to find the wisdom from these kinds of ancient traditions and integrate them into our lives so we can access the sovereign health that is our birthright. SuperFeast will be walking this path with you for a long time.
