Description

Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is the wise elder of the mushroom world. It grows on wild birch trees in cold northern forests, maturing for up to 20 years. Revered for centuries in the folk medicine of Siberia, Russia and northern China, it was brewed as a daily tea through long, cold winters.

Traditionally, Chaga is taken to support healthy immune function and help the body handle everyday stress. It's naturally rich in antioxidants, and one of our daily go-to's to keep us humming along.

Our Chaga is wild harvested from the birch forests of the Changbai Mountains in north-east China, its Dรฌ Dร o region. It's dual-extracted 10:1 with hot water and alcohol to draw out its full spectrum of compounds, including beta-glucans, triterpenes such as inotodiol, melanin, superoxide dismutase (SOD), and birch-derived betulin and betulinic acid. Nothing added.

Ingredients: Inonotus obliquus (Chaga mushroom) 10:1 dual extract.

Chaga

"I have been taking Jagger for around 12 months now I first decided to try it because I read that it’s good for inflammation have osteoarthritis in my knee with quite a lot of pain and the first time I took it within 40 minutes my pain was totally gone and now I just won’t be without it and it also helps when someone in the family is sick. I’m usually the only one that doesn’t get sick which is great because I’m immune compromised"

Love!!

"I’ve been drinking chaga mushroom tea for a few months now and really love it. The flavour is earthy and smooth, kind of like a mild black tea with a hint of vanilla. I notice it gives me steady energy and focus without the crash I’d usually get from coffee. It also feels really grounding, perfect in the morning or late afternoon. I like that it’s packed with antioxidants and supports overall wellness, but honestly, I drink it because it just makes me feel good and clear-headed. love the care in the packaging and quality or the chuga."

"Promptly received in great condition. A pleasure to deal with! A+++"

Awsome stuff

"This really is the best place to source your Chaga. It is dark which i have tried the white from another source and definitely does not have the same bennifits as the dark. I am a red head so very light complection. . with some sun spots and or skin conditions. . . if you have one cupper a day it will clear up in one week. . . totally reduces the size and texture and eventually it is gone. . ."

Love love love

"Chaga I've been taking for years and years. It's definitely improved the overall quality of my health. Chaga is special. Also noticed it's helped protect my skin from burning quicker. One summer I had a break from taking it and noticed the difference in how fast I would burn as opposed to when I was taking Chaga. Game changer for a red head like myself."

— Kelsey W. (5/5)

Works for me.

"I was diagnosed with Barrett's Esophagus about 5 years ago (gastroscopy). It's a precursor to cancer. I was told it was a small spot and to have regular checks. I'd been alerted to Chaga by Clif High, he's had multiple cancer procedures. I took Chaga Powder once a day for a year and had another gastroscopy. The Dr. couldn't find my Barrett's spot. I continued on with the Chaga and, another year later, had a gastroscopy. Barrett's gone! This isn't advice. Just sharing my experience."

The Queen

"I love Chaga so much. It’s one of my staples with reishi. I cycle through them while adding in some other herb or blend according to the season. Chaga is THE REAL immune support and grounds you like crazy!"

Q&A

Are Chaga and Turkey Tail safe to take pre-pregnancy?
Hey there, All our herbs are considered safe pre-pregnancy for most women. However once you do fall pregnant, please touch base with us and we can guide you from there. If you're looking to suppport fertility, our top recommendation would be the I Am Gaia blend. Does this help with someone who has had heart problems but is not on any medications. Just supplements, magnesium, calcium, d3 and vitamin a. Those could go away if the mushrooms help.
Hi Debi Thanks for reaching out. Chaga will gently tone and nourish the heart, as does Reishi and Shiitake. It is completely fine to have any of the herbs alongside other supplements, including vitamins and minerals. Tonic herbs work with the body in a different way to specific supplementations but they work in complement to each other. If you are working through a specific heart condition we recommend you work directly with a practitioner, who will be able to give you individualised support upon your path. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reach out, we are always happy to help. x Sam
What else do you add to this to make a hot chocolate that kids will drink? I'm definitely keen to help build my 9yo and 7yo immunity, but I'm not sure how they would go with the taste and thinking it was chocolate?
Chaga can be added to warm cacao with a touch of sweetener of choice. You can find some great recipes on our website: https://www.superfeast.com.au/search?q=recipes* x SF
