Our Purpose: At SuperFeast, we are driven by a profound purpose - to empower individuals on their journey towards holistic health and longevity. We aim to be a globally recognized brand in the health and wellness industry, impacting users globally and making significant strides in the prevention of disease and the promotion of overall health.

Your Role:

As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be instrumental in realising SuperFeast's Vision. Working closely with our visionary CEO and accomplished leadership team, you will be responsible for optimising supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, production, and delivery of high-quality products within regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:

Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and optimal workflow. Collaborate with suppliers, warehouse, contract manufacturers, and distributors to optimise the procurement and distribution process.

Supplier Management: Identify and select reliable suppliers of raw materials and ingredients for nutraceutical products. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Conduct regular supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimising excess stock. Implement inventory control measures to track and manage stock levels, including the use of technology such as inventory management software. Monitor shelf life and expiration dates of raw materials and finished products.

Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand for products. Use historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors to develop accurate demand forecasts. Adjust production and procurement plans based on demand fluctuations and changes in market conditions.

Production Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate with production teams to develop production schedules that align with demand forecasts. Optimise production processes to ensure efficiency and minimise lead times. Implement contingency plans to address production disruptions or delays.

Logistics and Distribution: Plan and optimise transportation routes internationally to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Collaborate with logistics partners to manage the distribution network. Monitor and track shipments to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation. Manage relevant import and export documentation.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards governing the nutraceutical industry such as the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and work with external consultants to continue product listings with TGA. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, production, and distribution.

Quality Control and Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. Implement quality control measures and conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. Develop contingency plans to address disruptions in the supply chain, such as natural disasters, geopolitical factors, transportation issues, or supplier problems.

Cost Management: Monitor and control costs associated with procurement, production, and distribution. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising product quality or customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

What You Bring:

Degree or relevant experience in Supply Chain Management: Possess a solid foundation in supply chain management, demonstrating your understanding of core principles and strategies. Proven experience in supply chain operations, production management, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Proven Track Record: Showcase your achievements in optimising supply chain operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
