Thank you for your honest review and kind words of support, we appreciate it lots!
Deer antler, along with many other tonic herbs, was recorded 2000 years ago in the Chinese medical classics Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing. There were no scientific studies back then, just empirical evidence based on observation. In more recent years, there has been evidence based research conducted on tonic herbs, to find these you can search the botanical name on google scholar, pub-med or other such search engines. However the best way to experience the efficacy of a herb such as deer antler, is to try it yourself, in small doses over long periods of time. The benefits of tonic herbs accumulate over time, they also have non-specific actions in the body, so people will have slightly different experiences with the herbs.
We encourage health sovereignty and listening to your own body wisdom so really it's about experimenting, getting to know the herbs and deciding for yourself if a particular product is the right fit for you.
Wishing you much love from the SuperFeast team. x Swarna
