- It is completely fine to combine the herbs/blends together. The herbs work in synergy with one another and were traditionally formulated to carry a certain intention and energetic within the body. Certain flavour combinations are more complementary than others, for instance, Schizandra, Beauty Blend and MSM can be more palatable when taken on their own. x SF Team
