The Three Treasures is an ancient Daoist (Taoist) esoteric concept at the core of tonic herbalism. The Three Treasures make up the constitution of our body and who we are as living beings in Body, Energy, and Spirit (Heart-Mind). The Three Treasures are known as Jing, Qi, and Shen (Essence, Vitality, and Spirit).
