Tell us a bit about your journey in the world thus far? Who are you, what drives you, what are you proud of having accomplished?
My journey thus far in the world has been eye opening. Learning that I will always be learning. It’s a becoming realisation and one that drives me daily. Beyond personal growth, I’ve landed in a profession where I assist curate experiences for those wishing to escape for a meal, a moment, a week, or a night in typically some of the most beautiful locations and beautifully designed spaces. It’s a pretty special career path, and my recent post as GM of Raes has certainly been a project that I am incredibly proud of.
How have you found incorporating our herbs into your daily ritual has altered your reality?
I can’t start my day right without SuperFeast lion’s mane in my coffee and now see opportunities to enhance other daily moments for further optimisation, like cordyceps after working out, reishi before bed. I can’t wait for the rest of the world to catch up and start offering medicinal mushrooms everywhere. It’s only a matter of time.
What brings you back to yourself and reconnects you with Nature?
There is nothing like seeing the sun’s crest peak over the horizon at sunrise. Not only does it reconnect me back to the earth and reality, but it genuinely gives me energy. The sunrise is also a big reminder that there is so much more than the inner workings of our day to days ebs and flows, and typical stresses. It’s imperative for perspective.
What are you excited for for the future? What inspires you?
Seeing the other side of covid, international travel. These are things that both inspire me, and excite me about the future.
What are you doing, small or large, in your daily life to help cultivate sovereignty of mind/body/spirit for yourself, your community and/or the planet?
Meditation is powerful, as is the law of attraction. It’s amazing the things you notice, when you slow down.
