Liver Frustrated & Angry? This could be why

by Farley D March 22, 2021 1 min read

We're moving into a lovely, yet erratic Spring season here in Australia and Mason is talking today about what this means for your Liver.

This is a beautiful discussion today weaving in Daoist practices, with the Five Elements philosophy, and practical advice on how to best navigate Spring and it's effect on our Livers. (Note capital L to signify the entire Liver system, not just referring to the physical liver organ). At SuperFeast our philosophy closely follows that of the Daoist traditions. These ancient folk were deeply connected with nature and her rhythms, they were masters of observation of what was coming and going around them.

Mason covers plenty:

-- the personality of Springtime

-- how Spring can be a great teacher

-- thinking about the Five Elements and in particular, Wood energy

-- the importance of staying grounded

-- the archetypes of the Liver

-- what all this means with regards to feelings of frustration
