Shipping & Delivery

We are offer free shipping on all Australian orders valued at $80 and over. Australian orders vauled under $80 will incur a $9 flat rate shipping fee.

Yes we do! We offer international shipping to most locations outside Australia. Due to global circumstances Australia Post has suspended services to some international locations, please see their website here for more information.

Shipping to the US and Canada is unavailable through our Australian website as our US wing of SuperFeast is now operating - yahoo! All orders to the US or Canada can be placed through our US website here.

Shipping to New Zealand is offered at a rate of:

  • $20 for orders up to 1kg
  • $25 for orders over 1kg (up to 25kg)

And all other international shipping is offered at a flat rate of:

  • $30 for orders up to 1kg
  • $50 for orders over 1kg (up to 25kg)

This is a standard service and shipping times will vary depending on location. Delivery timeframes are estimated from the time your package departs from its designated Australian airport touch point, to its delivery in the metro location of your destination country. The delivery timeframes stated by Australia Post do not include the time is takes for your items to move through customs. Please see the Australia Post website here for delivery timeframes.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and other charges associated with their SuperFeast purchase/s. Before confirming your purchase it is advisable to check in with your local customs office to determine what additional costs your order may incur on arrival to your desired delivery destination.

Express shipping is not available at the moment.

Domestic orders (within Australia) usually take between 1 to 10 days to arrive. However due to the continuing repercussions of Covid-19, delivery delays can be experienced across all postal networks. Please keep this in mind when ordering, as parcels may arrive later than expected.

We use Aramex (Fastway) and Australia Post to service our domestic customers, your goodies will be sent with by the postal carrier that best suits your delivery location and order size. If you have a postal carrier preference, please leave a note on your order or email our lovely Customer Service Team at team@superfeast.com.au and we will happily accommodate your needs.

We send tracking for every order once it leaves our warehouse. You can also contact us on team@superfeast.com.au or 1300 769 500 and speak with our logistics manager Nic if you’re worried that your order might be lost in the ether.

Unfortunately, we can no longer offer our local pick up option as our new warehouse space is not equipped to facilitate this service. We thank you for understanding <3

It depends. If it’s our courier’s fault, we will send you a replacement at our expense. If it’s your fault (incorrect address etc), we will charge you shipping fees based on the weight of your order/s.

We are trying to eliminate all single use plastic in our warehouse and offices, and moving to compostable or recyclable materials where possible.

Unfortunately, we can not apply discount codes after orders have been placed and processed. If you contact us straight away, we can sometimes refund your entire order and start again.

Customers can choose to pay for their order in 4 interest-free instalments. Our payment partner for this service is AfterPay. All you need is a credit card for instant approval, there is no application form or fee.

To get started simply choose the AfterPay payment option at the bottom of our Checkout.

After you check out we'll pack and ship your order as usual and you will have three remaining payments to make to AfterPay, one every fortnight.

We will happily provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with your product/s.

*Please note that due to the nature of our Di Dao sourcing, our products are subject to seasonal variances in colour, taste, texture and density. It is important to note these variables when receiving and working with your products.
