All orders to Australian addresses qualify for free shipping.

We do! We ship all around the world, and we offer discounted rates for our international customers. Please note that your country MAY charge taxes on your orders that we cannot be held responsible for – if you are unsure, check out your country’s tax and import restrictions before ordering.

Domestic orders (within Australia) will take anywhere from 1 to 10 days to arrive. We use Fastway Couriers as they offer excellent service from our warehouse in Byron Bay to the East Coast. We also offer shipping with Australia Post for order.

We send tracking for every order once it leaves our warehouse. You can also contact us on team@superfeast.com.au or 1300 769 500 and speak with our logistics manager Nic if you’re worried that your order might be lost in the ether.

You sure can! We are located at Unit 4, 20 Brigantine St Byron Bay NSW 2481. Please contact us to arrange a pick up time. If you show up unannounced, we can’t guarantee your order will be ready without prior arrangement.

It depends. If it’s our courier’s fault, we will send you a replacement at our expense. If it’s your fault (incorrect address etc), we will charge you shipping fees based on the weight of your order/s.

Sometimes it seems like the postal abyss is simply too deep and yes, packages do get lost. If your package is lost we will either send you a replacement free of charge or if we don’t have an item in stock, we will refund you the cost of your purchase.

Our promotions are while stocks last, and unfortunately we are unable to take preorders or honour sale prices after the promotion has ended.

We are trying to eliminate all single use plastic in our warehouse and offices, and moving to compostable or recyclable materials where possible.

Unfortunately, we can not apply discount codes after orders have been placed and processed. If you contact us straight away, we can sometimes refund your entire order and start again.

Customers can choose to pay for their order in 4 interest-free instalments. Our payment partner for this service is AfterPay. All you need is a credit card for instant approval, there is no application form or fee.

To get started simply choose the AfterPay payment option at the bottom of our Checkout.

After you check out we'll pack and ship your order as usual and you will have three remaining payments to make to AfterPay, one every fortnight.

We think our herbs are awesome and we hope you agree. We are happy to offer a store credit on items that are unopened and unused. You may return items within 7 days of receipt for a full or partial credit valid for 30 days.

In the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, or you open your order and believe it is not to the SuperFeast standard, please email us within 7 days of receipt to team@superfeast.com.au and we will arrange a replacement for you. Please note we may request a photograph.
