All orders to Australian addresses qualify for free shipping.

We do! We ship all around the world, and we offer discounted rates for our international customers.

Note: Any customers ordering from or shipping to a location outside of Australia, will be responsible for all duties, taxes and other charges associated with their SuperFeast purchase/s upon order confirmation. We feel super connected to you all and ocean’s are no obstacle for the love we feel for our wider SuperFeast community. However, the world is a BIG place and every country has its own special import laws, it’s near impossible for us to be across them all! By placing your order you acknowledge that you are responsible to pay any additional fees/charges applicable to country’s import laws.

Our flat rates for Standard International Post are:

  • $15 for orders up to 1kg
  • $20 for orders over 1kg (up to 25kg)

For a limited time US and Canadian customers will receive free shipping on orders over $100.

Unfortunately our international shipping option is not available right now.

Due to the suspension of air travel, herb deliveries may now take over 30 business days to reach their international destinations, we feel this is simply too long for you to have to wait.

We will resume international shipping once the world has returned to a sense of normalcy. We hope that's soon.

Domestic orders (within Australia) will take anywhere from 1 to 10 days to arrive. We use Fastway Couriers as they offer excellent service from our warehouse in Byron Bay to the East Coast. We also offer shipping with Australia Post for order.

We send tracking for every order once it leaves our warehouse. You can also contact us on team@superfeast.com.au or 1300 769 500 and speak with our logistics manager Nic if you’re worried that your order might be lost in the ether.

You sure can! We are located at Unit 2, 16-18 Towers Drive Mullumbimby NSW 2482 . Please contact us to arrange a pick up time. If you show up unannounced, we can’t guarantee your order will be ready without prior arrangement.

It depends. If it’s our courier’s fault, we will send you a replacement at our expense. If it’s your fault (incorrect address etc), we will charge you shipping fees based on the weight of your order/s.

Sometimes it seems like the postal abyss is simply too deep and yes, packages do get lost. If your package is lost we will either send you a replacement free of charge or if we don’t have an item in stock, we will refund you the cost of your purchase.

No. We can refund your order and you can start again if you have made a mistake.

We are trying to eliminate all single use plastic in our warehouse and offices, and moving to compostable or recyclable materials where possible.

Unfortunately, we can not apply discount codes after orders have been placed and processed. If you contact us straight away, we can sometimes refund your entire order and start again.

Customers can choose to pay for their order in 4 interest-free instalments. Our payment partner for this service is AfterPay. All you need is a credit card for instant approval, there is no application form or fee.

To get started simply choose the AfterPay payment option at the bottom of our Checkout.

After you check out we'll pack and ship your order as usual and you will have three remaining payments to make to AfterPay, one every fortnight.

We think our herbs are awesome and we hope you agree. We are happy to offer a store credit on items that are unopened and unused. You may return items within 7 days of receipt for a full or partial credit valid for 30 days.

Please enclose a note of explanation for your return and allow up to 14 days processing time. Please note that unreasonable and excessive returns may be declined at our discretion.

In the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, or you open your order and believe it is not to the SuperFeast standard, please email us within 7 days of receipt to team@superfeast.com.au and we will arrange a replacement for you. Please note we may request a photograph.
