Australian Customers
Free Shipping
We provide free domestic shipping, no strings attached, with Fastway Couriers to metropolitan and most regional areas across Australia. We use Australia Post for regional areas that are not serviced by the courier company (Regular Parcel Post). You are able to select Express Post as a shipping option if you'd prefer (rates will be calculated in the cart based on weight).
Please note that we are based in Byron Bay, in regional Australia. Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be sent the same day, based on postal collection times in our regional town. Any orders received AFTER 3:00 pm will be sent the following business day.

Express Post
You can also choose to have your order sent via Australia Post's Express Post; the costs will be calculated in the Shopping Cart and you will be offered the option to upgrade from free shipping, if desired.
Please note, we cannot guarantee express post delivery times. To metropolitan areas, Fastway (our free shipping option) can often be quicker to deliver your parcel. You can always check Australia Post's estimated delivery times here (we send from Byron Bay, NSW 2481) and compare delivery times for your area.
Tracking
We will send your tracking information from Fastway Couriers, Parcel Post or Express Post with your shipping confirmation to your email address. You can visit the websites below to track your order.

International Customers
We're committed to providing all of our international customers with the opportunity to access our life-changing herbs. So to make this happen and be as affordable as possible, we have decided to offer flat-rate shipping on all international orders. You still have the option to select Express International Post with Australia Post's rates calculated in the shopping cart (based on weight).
Our flat rates are for Standard International Post only, and are:
$15 for orders up to 500g
$20 for orders over 500g (up to 25kg)
- Standard - 6+ business days* - TRACKING AVAILABLE
- Express - 2-4 business days between major metro areas* - TRACKING AVAILABLE
*delivery times are supplied by Australia Post and are approximate.
PLEASE NOTE: If your country has tight customs or import laws, your parcel MAY be stopped by customs. We are not responsible for any costs or delivery delays that are incurred should this happen, though we will do our best to package your products in such a way as to minimise the chance of this happening. If you would like us to label your parcel a certain way to ensure speedy delivery, please contact us when placing your order with instructions.
We are currently working on EU and US distribution, to speed up delivery to our international customers. For now, please bear with us, as we deliver from the antipodes!
