Tell us a bit about your journey in the world thus far? Who are you, what drives you, what are you proud of having accomplished?

I've been through many chapters of this journey to what I now call a Creative Alchemist. My driving force has always been creativity and has manifested through many different mediums. I started in Graphic Design, then became a photographer and I've traveled the world with the camera as my vehicle. It's introduced me to many different amazing personalities in far the reaches of the globe. I've since expanded my creative output into many other outlets such as hand drawn type, painting murals, doing custom bespoke hats and now even into DJ'ing. My own spiritual journey has been the golden thread that weaves it all together. That spiritual journey has taken me to creating a well rounded healthy lifestyle to optimize my creative output and overall wellbeing. I've accomplished many things I'm proud of like traveling to over 60 countries in 7 continents, writing a book on travel photography, photographing some of the worlds top celebrities, brands, and magazines, and many other things.

How have you found incorporating our herbs into your daily ritual has altered your reality?

I've been integrating different mushroom and other blends into my daily smoothies or elixirs. I feel they've helped keep me healthy and my immune system strong.

What brings you back to yourself and reconnects you with Nature?

I love water and being in or on water. There's something about being in the movement that brings me back and makes me feel connected.

What are you excited for for the future? What inspires you?

I'm excited to explore all the facets of my creative outlets and live a life even more fully expressed. I'm excited to DJ festivals, photograph amazing people, create books, share my podcast, and scale my hat brand. Also learn to make amazing healthy delicious elixirs with lots of good herbs.

What are you doing, small or large, in your daily life to help cultivate sovereignty of mind/body/spirit for yourself, your community and/or the planet?

My whole life is transitioned into cultivating sovereignty of my body/mind/spirit and extends into community. Most of my time and money goes into self-care and creation. I believe that taking care of yourself is the first step into raising consciousness on the planet. Better self, better world. All my creative outlets have the interwoven message of inspiring people to discover the universe inside of them, to raise their consciousness. On a daily basis, I meditate first thing in the morning with breath work and gratitude, then work out and get in my body. Since I've started intermittent fasting, I make a protein smoothie around 11am and integrate my SuperFeast herbs. The rest of the day is usually dedicated to creativity and creative flow.
